Hello, we are Monica's Kitchen!
First off, a huge THANK YOU to all of our customers. Thank you for choosing Monica's Kitchen as your food choice and welcoming us into the community. <3
Monica has always welcomed friends and families to her dinner table to hangout, laugh, and most of all EAT! Extending that to the public has been a puzzle that we are happily navigating.
For those who don't know, this is our first year in business. It all started April 10th, 2026 @ Edmonds Night Market; it was HECTIC anything that could go wrong, did. Starting that day, every event has been filled with vendors and event staff/coordinators who have been welcoming, eager to share advice, to share resources, and have treated us with patience and kindness. We feel fortunate that this has been our experience thus far.
This adventure started as an idea dreamt up at dinner tables surround by our friends and family. Talks encouraging Monica and Alberto to open up a restaurant. While it looks a little different than the original blueprint, they have made that dream reality.
Monica's Kitchen is currently serving customers at farmer's markets in Everett, Mukilteo, Snohomish, Edmonds, and wherever else we can manage to get into.
We appreciate our supporters, and we hope you continue to love our food! See you at the markets!
